The main benefits/grants are:

Disability Living Allowance(under 65 years old) Not affected by savings or income
Attendance Allowance(over 65 years old) Not affected by savings or income
Incapacity Benefit (under pension age) Dependant on National Insurance Contributions
Help with NHS prescription charges Dependant on savings and income
Disabled badge for the car Not affected by savings or income
Macmillan Grant Not affected by savings or income
